Job summary:

We are looking to hire an experienced Medical Sales Representative to promote and market our hereditary cancer testing in the New Jersey region.

An ideal candidate would have a minimum of 4 years of similar sales experience, be self-motivated, and be results-oriented with a proven track record of success. Pharmaceutical, medical device, or laboratory sales backgrounds are welcome.


Job responsibilities and Duties:

· Consistently achieving monthly, quarterly and annual sales goals

· Efficient territory planning and management

· Prospecting new accounts through cold calls, in-person visits to physician offices and hospitals

· Build rapport and maintain close professional relationships with staff members in medical offices and hospitals

· Utilize company's CRM by logging daily activity and completing necessary reports as required

· Work and contribute collaboratively to the overall growth of the team


Job requirements and qualifications:

· Must have a minimum of 4 years in medical sales with a proven track record calling on GENERAL PRACTITIONERS, OBGYN, GASTROENTEROLOGY OR UROLOGY

· Minimum bachelor degree required

· Knowledge of medical/oncology terminology

· Ability to be successful while working independently in the field

· Solid organizational, multitasking, time management & prioritization skills

· Excellent oral/written communication and interpersonal skills

· Valid & current driver's license & a reliable car



· Competitive starting base salary based on years of experience

· Uncapped commission along with bonus incentives aligned with execution of established goals

· Year 1 OTE $150k- $200k
